Day 1: Johannesburg to Kruger Bush Lodge
The journey to the Kruger begins at 06:30, departing from the city of Johannesburg. The route takes visitors across the Highveld before descending the scenic Drakensberg escarpment to the Lowveld. During the journey, visitors can enjoy a lunch in one of the picturesque towns en-route (own expense). Highlights include Bourke's Luck Potholes, God's Window, 3 Rondavels, and Blyde River Canyon. From here, it's down to the lodge in Hazyview based on the banks of the beautiful Sabie River.
