4 Days Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara Safari

Pick up from your residence or from the Airport in Nairobi by our safari guide, he will brief you about the 4 days safari and then transfer you to Lake Nakuru, the journey time is 3 to 4 hours. When you arrive in the park, check in at the lodge, freshen up and have a delicious lunch. Then in the afternoon head out of the lodge for a game drive. Lake Nakuru stands out for its exciting numbers of pink flamingo birds spread along its shores. However, you will also see other wildlife species during the game drive like the Giraffes, White rhinos among others. After wildlife viewing, return to the lodge for diner and an overnight stay.

Rise up early on this day, enjoy breakfast and enjoy a game drive as you exit the park for a 6hours drive to the Maasai Mara, Kenya’s iconic National Reserve. You will have lunch along the way arriving to the reserve in the late afternoon. Drive to your lodge and check in, after embark on an evening game drive to watch the nocturnal animals and others such as leopards, lions and cheetahs. After the drive, return to the lodge for dinner and spend the night.

This day is a full day set apart for exploring the Maasai Mara, its wildlife and beauty. Be early to rise, have an early breakfast; you could opt to start off your day with a hot air balloon safari or game dive to search for wildlife species. After have lunch at the lodge or enjoy a picnic lunch on savannah plains along the Mara River with amazing views of crocodiles, hippos, landscape or even the great migration of the wildebeests in case you travel during that season. Since it is a full day experience, after lunch, still embark on a game drive through the reserve; you will see numerous animals like the lions, rhinos, buffaloes, zebras, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, elephants, jackals, warthogs among others. Return to the lodge after the drive and unwind.

Enjoy your breakfast, check out of your lodge and head out for an early game drive through the park for more wildlife viewing. After the drive, exit from the reserve and proceed to Nairobi with lunch along the way. Upon arrival in Nairobi, the guide will drop you off at the Airport or at your hotel.
