4 Days Uganda Gorilla and Wildlife Safari

Tranquil safaris will take you on a 4 days safari to experience Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable; it is situated in the Southwestern part of Uganda this park is home to 50 families of Gorillas and 21 of these are well habituated and are tracked by tourists. The park is also home to over 345 bird species, 120 mammals, and more than 162 tree species. And also a Wildlife and scenic experience in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

1 Transfer to Bwindi
After and early breakfast, our company guide will pick you up from your location either at the Airport in Entebbe or Hotel in Kampala, brief you about the safari and transfer you to Bwindi. The Park sits in the Southwest of Uganda and is popularly known for its memorable gorilla tracking experiences. Have lunch during your journey and a stop at the Equator for memorable photographs and proceed to Bwindi. Arrive at the lodge where you will be welcomed warmly by the staff there, served with diner and have an overnight stay. Accommodation Options;

Day : 2 Gorilla Trekking – Batwa Cultural visit

Enjoy a very early breakfast and leave the lodge with packed lunch, also ensure to pack drinking water, a rain coat, camera, even wearing sturdy hiking boots and trousers. Drive to the Park head office in Bwindi for a briefing session about Gorilla Tracking. After briefing you will be given a gorilla family to track and begin your trek in the jungle looking for these mighty giants. Basing on where you locate them, only an hour is given to you to watch them in their natural habitat, you will see the juveniles, the silverbacks, young ones and their mothers. The trek can be shirt or long basing on where the gorillas are feeding from on this day. After trekking, you can go to the lodge and relax, then later visit the Homesteads of the Batwa people an indigenous tribe that leaves in Bwindi. It’s also an amazing experience to see how these people live, dance, eat and associate with their environment. Return to your lodge, enjoy well served diner and an overnight stay. Day 3: Travel to Queen Elizabeth NP via Ishasha – Boat Cruise

Have breakfast that morning, drive to Queen Elizabeth NP via Ishasha sector where you will see the climbing lions and other wildlife species such as bushbucks, antelopes, gazelles, monkeys, elephants and buffaloes. Proceed to your lodge check in and have lunch. Then in the afternoon, drive to Kazinga channel for a boat cruise. Cruising along this channel is mesmerizing since you see many bird species such as the Fish Eagles, Shoebill stork, African skimmer, Pelicans, Kingfishers and other animals like the crocodile and hippos. Day 4: Morning Game drive and return to Kampala/Entebbe

Have breakfast and head out for an early morning game drive through the Park along Kasenyi track. You will see many animals such as elephants, buffaloes, topis, lions, warthogs and many others. After that drive out of the Park and transfer back to Kampala with lunch en route. Arrive in Kampala in the evening, and your driver can drop you off at your hotel or to Entebbe for your return flight.
